Trained in Hatha Yoga and certified through the Yoga Alliance we offer private and semi-private classes. Slow Flow, Restorative and AromaYoga are offered by appointment. AromaYoga is an experience combining yoga flow and a blend of essential oils. Please call for timing and pricing inquiries.
Trained in Hatha Yoga and Radiant Child Yoga and certified through the Yoga Alliance I offer private and small private group classes. Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Kids or AromaYoga are offered by appointment in your home. AromaYoga is an experience combining yoga flow and a blend of essential oils diffused to complement the practice.
